That’s me at my first wedding! I’ve always been a sucker for the mushy stuff!

Hey, I’m Ashley or Ash. I’m so glad you’re here.

Ashley Meyer - Photographer

She/Her

My dream for Nola Darlings Photography is to create a safe and inclusive space for all people. No matter who you love, how you love, or what you look like you deserve to have amazing photos. Let’s face it, a lot of what we see out there just isn’t relatable.

A few things you should know about me: My superpower is making people feel comfortable. I love the mushy stuff. I love meeting new people. I am not afraid to be a goofball. I love love.

The vibe might seem very relaxed but I’ve been behind the camera (professionally) for over 10 years and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Photography back in 2013 from the University of Central Florida. I was being published in magazines in Orlando before I graduated from college. I just like to use everything I’ve learned over those many years to make it feel incredibly easy and even fun, yes fun, for my clients.

Fun facts: I’m a new mama.

I have two big-eared little dogs: Honeybee and Darla.

My first digital camera was a hand-me-down that took floppy disks.

I’ve been to over 30 countries, traveled one loop around the world, and hitch-hiked across the country all for the love of adventure.
