Christie-Lee & Jackson // French Quarter Anniversary

Christie-Lee and Jackson decided to re-do their wedding photos as an anniversary present to themselves. Picking the perfect photographer isn't easy! You have to enjoy their unique style, feel comfortable around them, and have faith that they'll be able to capture those special moments for you. I was so happy that this beautiful couple decided to trust me with their re-do wedding session! 

It's so fun to find the colors the most inspire a couple to be themselves! On this day we got stopped every few minutes by lovely folks wanting to share in the celebration. Christie-Lee and Jackson were even serenaded to at one point! You remember that old saying about the journey and not the desination? Well, yeah! 

Their love filled up the rest of my day. We laughed, we explored, they shared stories about falling in love with me... and by the end of it, it felt like we really had recreated their wedding day!
